Average Condition
A property in average condition is one that is generally clean but may require a standard deep clean to remove accumulated dirt or grime. Common examples include:

  • Light dust on surfaces
  • General wear and tear
  • Some grease build-up in kitchens (especially around cooking areas)
  • Normal use of bathrooms with minor limescale
  • Floors and carpets requiring vacuuming and light stain removal

This type of clean would typically not require additional time or charges beyond the standard cleaning service.

Poor Condition
A property in poor condition may have:

  • Heavy grease build-up in the kitchen (including appliances)
  • Significant limescale in bathrooms
  • Mould or mildew growth
  • Stains on carpets or floors
  • Significant dust and dirt on surfaces and skirting boards
  • Clutter or excessive rubbish that needs removal
  • Unpleasant odours caused by food waste, pets, or smoking
  • Visible cobwebs or dust in hard-to-reach areas

Cleaning a property in poor condition may require additional time, specialised products, and an extra charge, depending on the extent of the work needed.
